Undesirable behaviour

At FSD GGZ, the safety of our healthcare providers is paramount. In the event of escalation or undesirable behaviour, there is close cooperation with the local police officer to ensure safety and take appropriate measures.

Substance use

It is not allowed to be treated under the influence of alcohol or drugs, to prevent escalation or undesirable situations. If you suspect substance abuse, you are kindly requested to leave the building, and you can contact your practitioner after 48 hours for a follow-up appointment. If this occurs three times, the treatment process will be stopped.

Cancel appointment

If you are unable to attend an appointment, you must cancel at least 24 hours in advance.

For not canceling on time, FSD GGZ will send an invoice of € 55 per appointment. This also applies if you are unable to attend the appointment due to illness. In specific cases, an exception can be made to this.

No show policy

If you do not show up for your appointment without notice, the practitioner will contact you by phone. If the practitioner cannot reach you, you will be notified by email to respond within 10 days.

If you:
– do not respond
– do not show up for an appointment twice
– cancel twice within 24 hours
the processing will be stopped and your file will be closed.

Deductible

The mandatory deductible of € 385 applies to everyone. This may be different if you are on social assistance and the municipality has taken out a policy for you. In addition to the mandatory excess, there is also a voluntary excess risk. This is in addition to the € 385,- . Your health insurance premium will then go down, but you will have to pay more if you need care.

We recommend that you contact your health insurer about exact reimbursements of care or the deductible in your situation. FSD GGZ does not ask for a personal contribution.
